Cancellation terms for subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for future deliveries. The cancellation will take effect at the earliest possible date, provided that the next order has not yet been processed or transmitted for fulfillment.

If an order has already been processed or transmitted to our shipping service provider for fulfillment, this delivery may no longer be cancellable. In this case, the cancellation of the subscription applies to subsequent deliveries.

Orders and payment obligations that have already arisen remain unaffected by the cancellation to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through the customer account.

Statutory rights of withdrawal and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
